The role

The opportunity

Are you organised, client-focused, and ready to build a meaningful career in global business administration? We are looking for a dedicated Corporate Administrator to join our team. Whether you already hold experience in the global business sector or are transitioning from a related corporate, legal, or financial services background, we would be delighted to hear from you.

This role offers direct exposure to company secretarial practice, FSC and ROC statutory filings, and banking operations — giving you the practical depth to grow into a senior corporate administration professional.

 

What you will do?

Key responsibilities

  • Administer a portfolio of client companies under the guidance of senior administrators
  • Maintain proper company records and books in accordance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements
  • Manage client bank accounts, coordinate account opening, initiate transfers, and liaise with banking partners
  • Effect statutory filings with the FSC, the Registrar of Companies (ROC), and other statutory bodies in Mauritius and overseas
  • Maintain statutory registers and ensure they remain accurate and up to date
  • Convene meetings of directors and shareholders, and prepare Board packs, resolutions, and minutes
  • Prepare and update client factsheets and supporting documentation
  • Liaise with clients, directors, auditors, and regulators on day-to-day administrative matters
  • Provide ad hoc support to senior team members and the wider corporate administration function

 

Who we're looking for

Candidate profile

Qualifications

  • University degree from a recognised institution in Law, Finance, Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • A professional qualification such as ICSA / CGI is an asset, not a prerequisite

Experience

  • 1–2 years in corporate administration, company secretarial work, or a regulated financial services environment
  • Experience within the Global Business Sector is a distinct advantage
  • Exposure to FSC and ROC filing requirements is advantageous

 

Skills and competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical, deadline-driven approach
  • A genuine client service mindset, with professionalism in every client interaction
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and perform under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with corporate administration systems is a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Languages

  • Full professional fluency in English and French — both written and spoken — is essential given our international client base
