A highly experienced Senior Corporate Administrator with minimum four years experience with extensive expertise in corporate & Trust laws and strategic administrative management. Proven ability to oversee corporate operations, streamline work flows, and ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Demonstrates strong leadership in work structuring, delegation and accountability to the manager. Adept at liaising with internal stakeholders, external regulators, legal advisors, and service providers to support business continuity and corporate integrity.

Possesses excellent communication in English and French, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a track record of enhancing operational efficiency, supporting senior leadership, and driving best practices in corporate administration. known for solutions oriented, professionalism, and the ability to tackle complex assignment and meeting deadline.
