As Manager of the Accounting Department at Renesis Financial Services, she leads the team responsible for delivering reliable, accurate and timely financial reporting, taxation, payroll and statutory compliance services to a diverse portfolio of clients.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Mrs Heeroo joined Renesis Financial Services in December 2021. She oversees a diverse client portfolio and leads a dedicated team through the full reporting cycle, from bookkeeping and management accounts to audited financial statements and statutory submissions. Her experience across licensed and unlicensed structures gives her a practical understanding of the financial, regulatory and reporting requirements applicable to different types of businesses and structures.

Before joining Renesis Financial Services, she spent seven years with different internationally renowned global business companies in Mauritius, progressing from Assistant Client Relationship Manager (2013–2016) to Client Relationship Manager (2016–2020). This client-facing background is reflected in her approach to client service, with an emphasis on responsiveness, clear guidance and long-term professional relationships built on trust and reliability.
