Naailah Mohoboob is a Chartered Accountant with more than ten years of experience in fund accounting, NAV review, financial reporting, taxation, regulatory coordination and external audit. She manages fund accounting deliverables at Renesis, supporting fund administrators, investment managers and their service providers in demanding, deadline-driven environments.

• Open-ended, closed-ended, private equity and Cayman fund structures across private equity, hedge, real estate, credit, fund-of-funds and other alternative investment strategies.
• IFRS and US GAAP financial reporting, management accounts, reconciliations and valuation support.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Mrs Mohoboob joined Renesis Financial Services in 2026 following seven years at an international global business entity in Mauritius, where she progressed from Senior Fund Accountant to Associate Manager. In this role, she reviewed NAV packs and supporting documentation, coordinated with administrators, auditors and investment managers, and supervised teams responsible for fund accounting, financial reporting and audit support.

She began her career in external audit, first with BDO Mauritius (2014–2017) and subsequently as a Senior Auditor at EY (2017–2019). This experience has underpinned her rigorous approach to reconciliations, documentation and financial statement review. She is recognised for her reliability, attention to detail and professional judgement in ensuring that fund deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
