Yoshni Toolsee-Lucknauth leads business development at Renesis Financial Services. With more than seventeen years of experience in international banking and financial services, she advises financial institutions, asset managers, family offices, entrepreneurs and professional intermediaries on cross-border structuring, licensing and investment solutions from Mauritius, with a particular focus on Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Mrs Toolsee-Lucknauth joined Renesis Financial Services in 2024 from a banking corporation, where she spent more than twelve years helping to build the International Banking Department from a three-person unit at inception into a division of twenty-six professionals. She progressed from Relationship Manager to Assistant Head and subsequently Acting Head of International Banking, contributing to significant growth in foreign-currency deposits and to the establishment of the bank's representative offices in Dubai (DIFC) and Hong Kong.

She began her career at Deutsche Bank in Port Louis (2007–2011), managing corporate and institutional client relationships and undertaking international assignments with Deutsche Bank entities in the Cayman Islands and London.

Throughout her career, she has worked closely with business introducers, law firms, audit firms, insurance professionals, fund sponsors and institutional investors to develop compliant, scalable and commercially effective structures for businesses and client mandates.
